Introduce your magazine title - give it a name, design a simple logo for it and state what is your company vision and mission.

After a long time of coming up with the conceptualization of our magazine as the publishing team for a magazine for “the7subwaykids’, we have decided to conceptualize a magazine entitled ‘Divine Reminiscence’!. The reason why we chose this name for our magazine is because we provide up to par reading material. It is trustworthy, powerful and most importantly it can relate to everyone. It is of the top quality. We also want people to be able to reflect on what they have read and understand how they are related to the current news and trends.

What does your magazine publishing company specialize in? What are your main target market / audience? How do you plan on attracting / sustaining the market share of your target group?

Our magazine publishing company has decided to specifically specialize towards our target audience which is for those from young to all the way to the elderly. Quite a number of plans to attract and sustain our market share towards our target audience would be first to definitely make our magazine publish the real deal. The real deal meaning we would like to make a magazine where the truth be told. When people read our magazine, we will want them to think to themselves “This is real, pure, good and right!.” Many of times in the media especially the publishing companies we can conclude that the journalism world is definitely caught in between two which is whether to write impactful and truthful stories or to quickly fight head-on to see who publishes the quickest among all the other publishing companies. Most of the time, these publishing companies care only about ratings.

Although easier said than done, but part of our magazine’s mission is to annihilate these situations if we were ever to face them. This definitely will secure our credibility and our target audience can be rest assured to trust what we release to the press. But of course not leaving behind the interesting, knowledgeable and aesthetics of it which is important for the first impressions of the audiences. Furthermore, we could find the right buyers. This is one of the tough challenges. We can consider to hire a distributor that has already made prior connections in the industry as well. This will make our magazine to be known to a big scale in a faster way. Besides that, we would be marketing our magazine to the end-users so that it will give our magazine the confidence leading to a demand. This will also make referenceable customers that we can get feedback from on our magazine.

Not only that, we will also be also stimulating curiosity, making our content personal by telling real life stories as well , using emotions and thought to help them see what we see. Besides that, we will also be advertising our magazine through the common and known social media’s. We would also start our sales at a small scale first at small book stalls and stands. Probably every week in the newspapers we could try putting a sample of our magazine for people who are interested.

Your revenue streams, how will you make money?

Of course, at this point of time our publishing company will have to think how are going to get our revenue streams? Our group came up with applying our sales patterns from the physical world to the mobile world! Transferring our magazine to the digital world would be way more accessible and convenient for our audiences especially in our generation now where a device is crucial to their lives. Creating a magazine app as a platform to connect to the audiences who are internet savvy’s. Our digital app will be approachable and the audience will be convinced that what they are purchasing is what they really want. Here is what is unique about our magazine app, it gives our audiences a chance to get a sneek-peek of the inside before purchasing it.

Just as how before people buy books, they take the content into consideration. (Would you purchase a magazine if it were in a opaque box or plastic?). We could also make money from companies by helping them advertise their products or services of their own choice. We will offer fluorescent colour printing for their advertisements with a reasonable price so that they would continue to do so. Not only that, we will get sponsorship if we publish other ad’s from other places. The team also suggested to use a renewal series method whereby if our audience do not renew beforehand for the next period of time they will miss out on the good topics that we will be publishing next.

Inside the magazine there would be insert cards where it encourages the audience to take an action of subscribing to our magazine if they are interested in it on the spot promptly. Encouraging audiences to join the community and membership of the magazine can help as well. This will not only give them benefits but also to our company as more people will want to join and purchase more with a cheaper price.

Describe the content of your magazine? What are the key topics or issues would your magazine company choose to focus?

The highlights of our magazine will be on providing the best articles that people everywhere and anywhere can relate to. The content of our magazine will showcase about real and life inspiring personalized stories from people who are well known all the way down to those hidden. It also features the various forms of cultures and people’s firsthand experiences and advice giving a bird’s eye view on failures and success they go through which the audiences never thought of. It also focuses on the tricks and truths of living the healthy way (Especially in a health conscious society), divine places to eat with loved ones, exhilarating sports, latest spicy trends together with reminiscing of music (New and the oldies), Serious, monopolistic issues relating to multinasional companies and issues. Our magazine gives insights on people having problems like we do everyday and how to overcome it rightly. For all the nature lovers out there, they can look forward as we continue to ignite their passion for nature though amazing photography featuring the best places to experience mother nature herself. As for those who cannot, fret not as our magazine will give our audiences a chance to explore nature by putting on a pair of 3D glasses to view nature in it. Not to forget, injecting laughter into the audiences lives by featuring jokes, funny incidents and many more.
